We had a wonderful stay at black swan. the dorm beds were comfortable with privacy curtains that made our stay even cozier. the facilities, including the kitchen and bathrooms, were always clean and well-maintained. the location is fantastic, offering both easy access to the city center and a quiet neighborhood atmosphere. what made our experience special was the warm and friendly staff, particularly christina, who always had helpful recommendations for exploring the area.

The family dinners were a highlight, great to bond with fellow travelers. The common area was perfect for chilling out, although the internet was slow and the showers could use some improvement. I highly recommend this hostel!

I had a fantastic time at this hostel! the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to recommend places to visit and things to do. They even organized family dinners every night, which was a great way to meet other travelers. Special shoutout to Lola, who cooked a delicious meal for us. the common area was cozy and the kitchen was fully equipped. the rooms were comfortable, and I loved the little cartoons on each bed. a super chill and welcoming atmosphere!
One thing that could be improved is the organization of the bathrooms. the design could offer more privacy and comfort, especially when it comes to shower stalls and dressing areas.
